At Kafouri Kitchens & Remodeling, we believe in making your dream spaces a reality through a detailed and customer-focused consultation process. Whether you're looking to remodel your kitchen, bathroom, basement, or considering an addition to your home, we're here to guide you every step of the way. Here’s how our process works:

Initial Contact

Once you reach out to us via phone, text, or email, we will promptly follow up to schedule an appointment that suits your schedule.

Kitchen Consultation Steps

Understanding Your Vision:
For kitchen projects, we dedicate at least an hour to discuss your specific needs and desires for your kitchen space.

Exploring Options with Dura Supreme:
We’ll introduce you to the Dura Supreme brochure, highlighting various door styles and pricing to suit your taste and budget.

Measurements and Design:
Utilizing the 20/20 design program, we take precise measurements of your current kitchen. During this phase, we address any questions and note necessary adjustments.

Estimate and Proposal:
We conclude the appointment with an overview of our discussion, followed by an estimated timeline for delivering a comprehensive written proposal.

*In regards to Step 4 — This includes a complimentary preliminary design of your cabinets to facilitate accurate pricing and visualization of the proposed layout. Note that the initial prices for cabinets and labor are estimates and may only change if the project scope expands.

Moving Forward

If you’re satisfied with our proposal, we request a deposit, which varies based on the project size. This deposit enables us to schedule your job and make necessary adjustments.
Our planning assistance encompasses selecting appliances, countertops, tiles, and cabinetry handles, ensuring a cohesive design.
Before final orders and scheduling, we review the kitchen design together, seeking your initials on the designs to prevent any future misunderstandings.

Additional Design Fees

Should you wish to explore alternate designs beyond the initial proposal without a deposit, a design modification fee applies.

Bathroom and Basement Projects

The consultation process for bathrooms and basements mirrors that of our kitchen consultations, including design offerings and estimates. For bathroom projects, we also offer custom vanity cabinet solutions.

Additions and Architectural Referrals

For addition projects or kitchen additions, we collaborate with a trusted architect to secure drawings necessary for permits, ensuring your project meets all regulatory standards.

Collaborative Flexibility

We welcome collaboration with other kitchen designers if you’ve already begun planning. Our goal is to ensure seamless integration of any pre-selected cabinetry into your space.

Finalizing Your Project

Our commitment extends beyond the consultation. We’re dedicated to assisting you through every stage, from design tweaks to selecting the perfect finishes. Before anything is finalized, we'll revisit the design to ensure everything aligns with your vision, securing your approval to move forward with confidence.
